Welcome to Cardverse. Cardverse is a product of Finverse Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Finverse ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the end user ("You", "Your", or "User").
By accessing or using Cardverse (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Offerings
1.1 Cardverse
Cardverse is a mobile-first platform designed to help users manage, organize, and maximize the benefits of their debit and credit cards.
- Unified Card Management: Store, manage, and organize all your cards in one secure place.
- Discover Benefits: Explore card benefits such as rewards, offers, lounge access, and insurance.
- Optimized Usage: Understand the best card to use for any spend category.
- Claim Assistance: Receive help navigating card-related claims or benefits.
1.1.1 Cardverse Process Flow
To provide a seamless experience, Finverse may use partners, integrations, or secure channels to fetch or validate card-related information.
- We may use direct or third‑party partners to validate user information.
- We may integrate with financial providers as allowed under applicable laws.
- We may use SMS or email metadata to assist in identifying applicable card benefits or transactions (never accessing personal SMS content).
- Cardverse may analyze, organize, or display benefits derived from your card information.
1.2 Company Rights to Services
Finverse may, at its sole discretion, deny or withdraw services to any user. Such decisions are final and binding.
2. Registration, Account & Authorization
To use Cardverse, you must register using your mobile number and create an account. You represent and warrant that you are above 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
By using the Platform, you authorize Finverse to securely process and submit your information to relevant third parties whenever required to deliver the services.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to unlawful use, data scraping, impersonation, security attacks, and unauthorized commercial use.
4. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, code, design, and materials belong exclusively to Finverse or licensed third parties. Users may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
5. Third‑Party Links
Cardverse may contain links to third‑party sites. Finverse is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Users access such sites at their own risk.
6. Disclaimers & Warranties
Cardverse is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Finverse does not guarantee accuracy of card benefits, financial information, or third‑party data.
Users are responsible for their financial decisions. Finverse is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on Platform information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Finverse shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages. Zero liability applies in cases of misinformation, documentation errors, or user negligence.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Finverse harmless against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
10. Deletion or Termination
Users may request deletion or deactivation of their account at any time. Finverse may retain certain transactional data as required by law.
11. Force Majeure
Finverse is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, law changes, technical disruptions, or pandemics.
12. Amendment
We may amend these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via in‑app notification or email where feasible. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Confidentiality & Privacy
Finverse will treat your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, retention and your rights.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
Failure by Finverse to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds apply only where paid services have not commenced, duplicate payments were made, or technical failures prevented service execution. Once compliance execution or physical/manual assistance has begun, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours through official support channels. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
